Hi, unfortunately I don't know much about the entire carnival as I aways get to the island on that last Saturday (timeshare week) but I do know that the fireworks are in the harbor and if you drive up to Bluebeard's hill you'll have a fantastic view. Bluebeard's Castle resort is there and I've noticed many local families gather in the parking lot to view the display from this vantage point. It's a great way to start off the vacation!

Another great location for watching the fireworks is at "The Lookout" up by Mafolie, just awesome.
