Was interested in exploring/snorkeling the caves and the indians, BVI. Looks like a straight shot from Coral Bay. Does anyone know of a reasonable charter from Coral bay, for a few hrs.?

it would be a waste of time IMHO.

You can rent a small power boat from Ocean Runner and just go yourself if you're up to handling a 25' boat in the swells. And while it is a relatively straight shot to The Caves, you do need to clear Customs at West End on Tortola, so take that into account when laying out your trip.

dudley - waste of time? Have you been?
Snorkeling at Indians was pretty stunning when we went 3 weeks ago plus nothing like taking a sailboat to get there.

Technically, you need to clear customs at West End going in to the BVI, and then, much more of a hassle, clear back in to the US at Cruz Bay. I don't know how strict folks are regarding quick snorkeling visits to Norman.
