Hi- I am moving back to STJ and am curious if the child care situation has changed in the last 3 years. In the past I found that temporary child care; vacationers or locals wanting a night out were paying ridiculous amounts. Is there a babysitting cartel that has cornered the market and made it impossible for any one else to offer a reasonably priced service? Any info would be super helpful. Thanks, loukosch

Hi Lou! Glad you are coming back! There is childcare available on St. John but it seems to me the biggest problem is that they are not widely advertised where they need to be. You can also post this on the relocation forum and see what you can find out. If you email me, I can give you some more ideas and thoughts. You would be the PERFECT!!! person to corner this market!
