Condo in USVI or Hawaii ?

I had planned on buying a condo on St Croix, but also am looking at Hawaii.. Wish I knew the pros and cons of each place. Does anyone have an opinion on this little problem ? Thanks

All I can suggest is that you spend several weeks in both locations to get a feel for them both personally and where a financial investment is concerned. Find a local and well established realtor who'll work with you. The three main islands in the USVI are very different from each other, the Hawaiian islands differ equally while the USVI and Hawaii are very different from each other as a whole!

Where do you live? One thing I've never liked about Hawaii is the time it takes to get there, and I was living on the west coast at the time.

What do you want to do with your condo? Not sure which destination offers better rental opportunities. Maybe VBRO can give you some clues.
