Running on St. Thomas--Suggestions needed

A friend will be on a cruise that visits St. Thomas next week. She is an avid runner and wants to know where to run on the island starting at the cruise ship terminal. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Any suggestions for St Thomas, St John, St Maarten, Grand Turk, or Puerto Rico?

If she wants to start from the cruise ship port in Havensite she can walk around the area to the Yacht Haven Grande location and run from there all along the waterfront apron/sidewalk down to Frenctown and back.

There's often a runners' cruise during season, and they run the route from the dock to either UVI or the airport. Google maps should show the routes.

There is a running cruise called the Run For Fun Cruise that comes here in February and a company called Active Island Tours & Events that gives daily running tours
