We stayed there last year. The unit we were in was nice, nothing over the top, but the price was reasonable for a 2bed/2bath unit. The view in our room was a little disappointing, they marketed it as an ocean view unit. You could see the ocean, but you had to go out onto the patio and look around the corner to see the ocean. It is walking distance to the Elysian where they have a couple of great restaurants.

I always stay at the elysian. I have stayed at cowpet bay but I believe that the grounds, views and the condos just seemed nicer at elysian, but that's my opinion.

Did the condo seem to be managed properly?

Just returned from Cowpet Bay West on the Windward side. The condo was clean and spacious. Beautiful view of the boats on the water.

Oceanman,

The property looked good to me. The grounds were kept nice, The walkways, railings and exterior paint all seemed in good condition. The do have an office, but I tried several times unsuccesfully to meet with someone to sign paperwork for the condo rental.
