Hello,

I heard that dengue fever has been a slight problem this year with a couple of cases. I had planned on taking bug repellent but is it allowed to use a spray around the villa while i am there as well. I have a spray we use on our back yard to ward off the bugs when we sit outside,

that works really well on those pecky flying mosquito's, but didn't know if there are restrictions on using that on STJ. Anyone know"? the spray only lasts for couple of hours, so it is not a long acting bug spay.

Barbies,

I don't know but cannot imagine why it would be. Might want to ask your rental agent. Also, mosquito coils work well.

I will ask the rental agent as you suggested.

The coils work OK but I prefer the "OFF" lanterns. Dengue isn't unusual here but there's never been an outright epidemic as far as I recall - a few cases a year is the norm. Enjoy a great vacation!
