*How long is it from cruise ship in St. Thomas (Havensight) to ferry to St. John? Would Red Hook or Charlotte Amalie be more convenient to ship. Thank you very much.

Hello Mindy,

It takes about 17-20 minutes to drive from dock in Havensight to Red Hook ferry and about 6-7 minutes to Charlotte Amalie. Charlotte Amalie is closer to the ship however it takes 45 minutes to get to St. John where the Red Hook ferry takes 20 minutes... so as far as time, unless you hit traffic, is about the same. The taxi charges to CA will be around $3 a person and to Red Hook around $8 a person. (One way on the taxi prices.)
