I will be at Foxy's the afternoon of Halloween, how early does the party get started, whats the deal with the CAT race, and since I will only be there for the afternoon, will I miss any "partying" going on at night, or will I get the jist of it just being there Haloween afternoon. Thanks.

The afternoon party will be at White Bay. The Foxy's part will be later at night.
