Everybody's patience should have run out by now. As far as I hear, it's going to be some time before anything happens. Closings were set up but no one made it. Seems like there is some legal bruhaha going on for the courts to settle and could be another year or so maybe!

Oh no!! Is it possible that it can still be bought by someone else or is it still in contract for Intercontinental?? Its such a shame to see it empty!
