Is there plenty of room on the ferries or do I need reservation for st. Thomas to Tortola

Should I get a reservation for the STT-Tortola ferry on Tuesday afternoon or is there usually plenty of room

There are no reservations and you should have no problem at all!

I am taking a taxi once in Tortola, to Cane Garden. Should I get off the ferry at Road town or West End?

The West End terminal is closer to CGB than Road Town.
