I`m looking for general contractors experienced in renovating or building restaurants or bars in the St Thomas area.

You might want to try the Relocation Board. And good luck getting a response. The good contractors seem to have plenty of work. You would do better getting out and searching them first hand. If you are not on island, you really do need to come talk to them.
