Hello Forum members,

My wife and I currently live in Seattle & have recently retired. We're looking into relocating to St. Thomas in a few months time and currently researching the best place to live on the island, etc.. We are planning on buying (not renting) a home and would appreciate knowing the most desirable neighborhoods we should consider looking for a home in. Obviously safety is our #1 concern, so this will be considered over price. Appreciate your feedback in advance.
