Good Day,

I am looking to purchase non owners liability car insurance. Is anyone aware of an agency that covers the VI and provides this type policy?

You didn't say which island but you could try Theodore Tunick & Company on St Thomas at 340-776-7000 or their affiliate, Marshall & Sterling on St Croix at 773-2170. Whether they carry such insurance or not I don't know but I would guess that if anybody does, they do.
