*i am a 9th grade student attending the charlotte amalie high school and i need to know what the official costume of the virgin islands is for my vi history class.i also need the following infomation.
1.what is thename of the hat that is worn with the costume
2.what is the signifigance of each of the plums in the hat
a.one plum sticking up
b.two plums sticking up
c.three plums sticking up
Ihave searched on the vi's web pages and could not find any informatin on this subject.thank youin advance for your help.
