Without question- Sweet Plantains in Coral Bay, up the road a bit from Shipwreck Landing (also a good place for casual). We had a fabulous, fabulous meal (if you're a gourmet foodie) at Sweet Plantains, yet the table was outside, shorts and tshirts were fine but it was very pretty, candlelit, very romantic. Not cheap, however but worth every cent for elegant, romantic casual. Some of the places mentioned by rody are VERY casual, like Woody's and Island Blues and Skinny Legs, depends on how you define casual. I am comparing this to Tage etc which are $$$ and elegant and you need to wear real clothes.

My favorite place is RhumbLines in Cruz Bay. Doesn't get much mention from most people, probably because it doesn't have a great location and has no view, but the food is wonderful. I'll be there at least a couple of times the first week in June.

Enjoy.

I don't know why Cafe Roma doesn't get much mention because it's one of my families favorite gotta-go-to places to eat. Food is soooo good and their pizza is really great.

jen, Go to woodysseafood.com and check it out, click onto their kick butt drinks and print that (good stuff) If you get tired of Woody's go around the corner and order some conch fritters at JJ Texas Coast Cafe
