Hiya everyone,
I am going to be relocating to STT and it looks like I might be at Pineapple village. Does anyone have any info on the Villas, area, beach, etc. Your opinion would be gladly "PRECIATED".

Pineapple is located on Water Bay. Beach is ok, water has seagrass, there is a walking path to Fungis (restaurant). Beach is usually sparsely populated to unpopulated. The resort that is also located on Water Bay has been closed for a while but the grounds are still pretty well kept; you can tell some buildings have been closed for a while, pool is fenced off etc. A security guard is posted at the entrance gate for the resort, which is also the entrance for Pineapple and a security guard or two are usually beachfront and walking around. Area the property is located in is called Smith Bay; largely residential but along the main road there are a couple restaurants, shops, gas station, small store, fruit stands, sometimes fish stand and then along the road to Coki Beach there is a dive shop and some other things. Some of the area along the main road has a bit of a seedy element going on, particularly at night.

You should visit the sister site and message board to this one; it is about relocating & living in the USVI: http://www.vimovingcenter.com.
