Could you please give me an idea what a pack of cigarettes cost in St. Thomas. Thanks.

Oh Steven, as a smoker I can tell you, you will be in heaven!
A carton of winstons is $13.00 at Cost u Less and packs typically run $2.00 at the bars on waterfront. If you are concerned about stocking up, I suggest hitting Cost u Less or KMART for cartons.

How many cartons are allowed through customs? Onika, here in NJ it is $40-50 a carton.

I think it is 5 cartons/person, but if ya stay on island ya don't have to worry about it!
