We stayed in Seabiscuit a couple of years ago and enjoyed our visit immensly. It's a very comfortable home in an excellent location - walking distance to most of Coral Bay's bars and restaurants. Living area is downstairs and the two bedrooms are upstairs. It was obvious the owners took great care of the house. It's for sale now - hopefully that won't make any difference in your experience. Please let me know if you have any specific questions...

Thanks, Randy-good to hear! I was just curious because of the limited pictures that Caribbean Villas has on their website, and as much as I googled, I couldn't find any other photos, nor reviews. The villa company has yet to let me know if there is a safe in the house,-I asked them on the phone,as well as emailed, and I'm still wondering.Otherwise-what's the best joint on that side of the island?
Thanks agaun-Jimmy

Tammy-
You're gonna LOVE it! We got back last week, and it was perfect! Island Blues & Aqua Bistro are basically at the end of the driveway. Easy walk down, but torture when you're rum-clogged getting back up! Lily's mini market is right behind A.B., so you've got it all at your fingertips. Skinny Legs', and the Donkey Diner are @ a 5 minute drive, and Maho is @ 10 mins.' away. I'll shoot you some photos when the fiancee loads them up.

As soon as my fiancee downloads the pic's, I'll gladly shoot them to you. Are you by any chance a member of "Trip Advisor"? It's another STJ forum. It's as fun as this one, and I get great advice there as well.

We are staying at Seabiscuit for 10 days starting the 2nd week of July. Do we have to bring beach towels? We have 2 teenagers and are hoping they wont be bored. The last time we were there we stayed in Johns Folly and it was to remote for them.

Jah-
Yes, there are towels, and yes, it's a little remote. Seabiscuit has a steep driveway that leads to a narrow road right on Coral Bay. Down the road @ 150 yards to the left, there's Aqua Bistro. It's an open-air restaurant , where you'll find Lily's mini mart, Big Belly Deli, and a few small shops. Further down is Island Blues, and further still is Donkey Diner, then Skinny Legs, with it's fun outdoor shops. Our party of 4 adults walked down to Island Blues, which wasn't a bad walk, until we had too much to drink! The walk back up the driveway seemed to last forever! I'm sure your teens are in better shape than we are, so it might be fun for them. I'd personally not do it again, and recommend taking the jeep. As I said, our partys' average age was 36, and we found the Seabiscuit very relaxing, and perfectly situated. Let me know if you have any other questions. I can email you pic's if you're interested.
