Searching for Car rentals and Taxis in St Thomas and St John in the first week of July?

Can anyone put me in touch with someone who has availability to rent cars in St. Thomas and/or St. John from the 2-4 July (or any combination of those days?). My partner and I have been calling for the past two weeks but no luck. A reliable taxi driver would also be helpful.
