St. John rental car

We have put a deposit down for the 2 vehicles we are renting in April. I have called St. John rental car twice and asked for a confirmation and they still haven't sent one. I put the deposit on my credit card back in May. When I spoke to them on the phone, they had my reservation but I would feel better getting something in writing via email.

Has anyone else had this problem?
