Does anyone know the name of Kenny Chesney's bar he owns in the US Virgin Islands?

I never knew he owned a bar in the USVI's. I know he's friendly with the owners of Woody's, but that's about it.

I saw him in the Quiet Mon with Chad from Woody's in November. He was the little guy with the baseball cap on backwards and the cell phone in his ear.
