Walking - Crystal Palace to Herve and back

We'll be staying at the Crystal Palace in less than a few weeks, and we have reservations for a sunset dinner at Herve. The map (and my limited recollection of C.A.) suggest that it is an easy walk of about 15 minutes or so. Is this the case? Or should we taxi it. Maybe just taxi back, since it will be dark?

The walk there should be okay, about 10 minutes or less, but back, I will recommend a cab. The walk is tough going back up. Safety wise it should be okay, no need to take a chance!
