Wanted St Thomas / St John Beachfront Condo for the Month of April

Hello!

I'm looking for a nice St. Thomas or St. John beachfront condo / villa (1 bedroom) for the whole month of April, I can go up to $2,500 for a very nice place with all utilities and wifi included in that price. Wifi is a must, I'm a non smoker, no pets, no drugs.

Check online with Flipkey or vrbo.
You may have to up your budget if electricity is included as it can be a nightmare for a landlord to pay when people do not conserve and leave A/C on all the time. Even part time gets the costs right up and out there @53 cents per KWh.
