Any activity going on at the abandoned resort by Point Pleasand on Water Bay? We usually walk through their beach on way to Coki Beach.

The property is now owned by the Wyndham corporation but no work has yet been started. Allegedly they're planning on eventually turning it into a timeshare operation.
