We took this photo from an "overlook" in STT. When we returned home we realized how beautiful the beach was. My question is - what beach/resort is this?
(I have been trying for some time to get this photo on here with not much luck - I hope it works this time!)

I don't know what I'm doing wrong - but if you click the "open image URL" - the pic will come up...

Wow! Am I glad you posted this for the board, because I have NO idea! Are you sure this is St Thomas?

I guess I have to get out more often.

It's not St Thomas it is Caneel Bay Resort on St John, likely taken from one of the overlooks on the north shore road.

It's got to be STJ, because to my knowledge there's no place on STT where manicured lawn meets beach.

I THOUGHT it was Caneel, too, but the STT reference fooled me!

The main entrance beach at Caneel - that is the ferry dock for the resort.

Well crud - my husband said it was St. John - but I "knew" it was from STT!!! A girl has to be wrong at least once in her life 🙂

It is Caneel. I have a very similar picture as my screen saver. The only difference is I have a different angle and you can see the DONKEYS.:-)
