July in the Virgin Islands includes commemorating Emancipation (July 3rd), celebrating 4th of July, and for the French community on St. Thomas a big Bastille Day celebration. Summertime brings lots of live music, there are restaurants reopening, and on St. Croix you can enjoy Jump Up, Mango Melee and crab races!
