The Magens Bay Authority manages both Smith Bay Park (Lindqvist) and Magens Bay so the contact would be the same for both.

Magens Bay on STT has lifeguards. You could check with the Magens Bay Authority at 340-777-6300 but I wouldn't get your hopes up.
