Beach Water Point

My fiance and I are residents here on STT and would like to get married at the beach in Water Point called Skinny Beach but it has assess only by homeowners there? If anyone could help us we would appreciate it. Thanks

I am pretty sure you have to be a homeowner, that is why people spend the big bucks to live out there. 😉 I believe they have a full time property manager, but not sure how you would get in touch with him.

you could come in by boat. Then stay 10 feet after the high water mark as access to the beach is public There may not be a public access point from the road.
