When standing in Cruz Bay, looking at Lavender Hill, what is the name of the condos being built next door? How far along are they - are they renting yet?

Good question andee, I would like to know myself and if it is within walking of the town, That would be so cool I would think of renting from there if it was.

Grande Bay Condos/Resort, some parts are finished while work continues on other parts of the project. They have started renting (for short term vacation stays)... and there may be some availability of long term rentals through owners.

Thanks Islander! We're looking for condo rentals for the first week of March. Lavender Hill and Coconut Coast - our usual spots- aren't available.

You're welcome Andee. You might also check Serendip Condos, there just a couple minutes from Cruz Bay.

I met some people last week who have a condo at Grande Bay that is available for rental. Here is their web site:
