Anybody know if the Charlotte Amalie ferry will be running by the 29th? Trying to set up transportation to St John from Charlotte Amalie from cruise ship. Want to bring Grand-kids over to do some snorkeling. Wanted to take them to Water lemon but don't know how it weathered the storm. Thanks...
Hey deveney, I don't think the ferry from Charlotte Amalie to St. John has been running since the hurricanes in September. The ferry from Red Hook to St. John is running, so you can take it. It's a longer drive from cruise ship dock to Red Hook, but a shorter ferry ride than it would have been from Charlotte Amalie.
@deveney, you can find the St. John ferry information on our website, here is the link https://www.vinow.com/travel/virgin-islands-ferry-schedules/. Coconut is correct, the Charlotte Amalie ferry isn't currently running and hasn't since September 2017. Hope you have a nice cruise!
