Short trip by car, 5 minutes. Longer trip on foot, 30 minutes or so without luggage, and really big hill on the way.

It's a very short ride by taxi. Don't even think about walking it. You'll know when when you get there.

If I were staying at the Westing I would take the Westin Ferry. You drop your bags at their counter at the Airport, get in their shuttle to Crown Bay, get on their Air Conditioned boat and ride to the restort. Next time you see your bags will be in your room, or condo at the Westin.
