Just realized...STJ for Father's Day-Suggestions?

I just realized that we will be in STJ for Father's Day so I guess it's a double celebration (daughter's graduation trip). I'd like to do something special for my daughter (whom I'm so very proud of) and my honey who loves me. Can I get some suggestions/ideas? FYI, in addition to our 18 yr old graduate, we will also have our 8 yr old with us. Thanks!

Have you looked into a day sail? I know Phil Chalker (Wayward Sailor) likes to make special arrangements for people if he knows ahead of time and a graduate as well as Fathers Day certainly rank as special.
