We just got back from STT last night for a wonderful trip and wanted to share that one of the highlights of the trip was the New Horizons Day Sail trip. The sailboat leaves out of Sapphire Beach Marina. They brought us to two spots to snorkel and Capt Sven and first mate and cook Billy were outstanding. If you are considering New Horizons, I would ask for them as they were friendly, informative and very accommodating. One of my sons has a severe milk allergy and they went out of their way to make him a special meal. Highly recommended! Here is the site:
