I’m coming on the cruise ship next week to St. Thomas and wanted to know what beach I should go to? I’m looking for someplace that I can just relax and have a few beers, but my wife is a little more active and would like to snorkel. Also, any restaurants you would recommend for a late lunch? Nothing too fancy since we would be coming from the beach.

I think Secret Harbor would be a good fit, its one of my favorites. They have a nice beach bar and pretty good snorkeling.
@billmcc, a second vote for Secret Harbor. It gets a check on all the things you want: relax, few beers, snorkeling, and nice spot for lunch right on the beach. For finding the good snorkeling spots at Secret Habor, swim off the left side by the dock, sort of weave back and forth while swimming out and you will find some rocky outcrops with good snorkeling, then you can cut across the bay also weaving back and forth and there are more rocky spots where coral is growing and fish are hanging out.
