Ferry Red Hook to town?

Is there a ferry from Red Hook to Charlotte Amelie? If so, it's not listed in the ferry schedules on this site. We'll be down for Carnival for the first time this year. I know we want to avoid driving into town. Any other suggestions besides a taxi?
